Optimal is a fast growing company within the industrial marketplace and has a solid foundation that is built on Quality and Safety. We have found that these two core values go hand in hand as it relates to safely executing projects and obtaining repeat business. Most recently we have seen this to hold true as we gained an additional client along with being recognized for our safety within the industry.  

Optimal was recently brought in as a “Specialty” contractor to support the Heater Re-Vamp and Flare Drum repairs of a Refinery in Louisiana. During the project our team was recognized as being extremely efficient while keeping a sharp eye on safety, which in turn led to other opportunities within the facility. Working closely with refinery leadership team, Optimal was asked to take on additional work which allowed the project schedule not to be compromised. Since the completion of the original scope in December of 2016, Optimal has proven itself as partner for “Quality” executed work and will remain onsite through 2018.

Optimal also qualified for two separate awards being presented by the Golden Triangle Business Roundtable and was recently notified that they have won both awards.

• Safety Achievement Award for Sustained Performance– Awarded for three plus years with zero recordable injuries
• Safety Achievement Award for Years Worked with superior safety record– No lost time incidents and No Fatalities

These awards will be presented through the Golden Triangle Business Roundtable in conjunction with the Industrial Safety Training Council and is part of a comprehensive safety awards program which the Association’s Curriculum and Program Committee has developed to promote contractor safety and accident prevention in the petroleum, refining and petrochemical manufacturing industries and related services of Southeast Texas.  The award publicly recognizes the excellent record of safety operations attained by contractors working in these industries. 

Optimal will be honored along with the other recipients at the 21st Annual Safety Awards Banquet to be held on Tuesday May 23, 2017 at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beaumont-Plaza, Beaumont, Texas.
